• Shipping & Delivery
• Currently, Good Prophets only ships to the USA and CANADA.
  
  PLEASE ALLOW 1-5 DAYS FOR First class DELIVERY in USA
  PLEASE ALLOW 3-14 days for First Class in CANADA
  Canadian customers, please read the International Terms and Conditions before placing an order!
  
  YOUR ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 12-48 Business Hours!!
  
  
  International Shipping to other countries may take place in the future.
  
  
  MINIMUM ORDER OF $30 for FREE SHIPPING to USA ONLY
  Shipping and Handling Charge of $3 for ALL USA ORDERS UNDER $30
  
  ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED using USPS First Class or USPS PRIORITY.
  USA (For orders under $30, this would be a total of $7 for PRIORITY Shipping.)
  
  
  If there is a problem with your order and/or you did not receive it within 5 days (14 days for CANADA),

• International
• Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
  
  Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. GoodProphets.com and Good Prophets, LLC is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
  
  Any product that includes nicotine will not be shipped internationally.
  We reserve the right to switch prefilled carts to empty carts when necessary.
  We also reserve the right to hold or cancel an order if there is a question or dispute on any order.

  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  In the event an order/shipment is Returned to Sender, customer agrees to pay to have package re-shipped.



• Sales Tax
• www.GoodProphets.com and Good Prophets, LLC charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
  Orders being shipped to an address in Pennsylvania will be charged 6% Sales Tax on the order total including shipping and handling charges.



• Warranties
• www.GoodProphets.com and Good Prophets, LLC offers a 1 month warranty on atomizers and batteries with exchange, less shipping to and from.
  
  
  Kits sold as-is except for included battery and atomizer, which includes a 1 month free replacment with exchange.
  Cartomizers are non returnable.
  Cartridges are non returnable.
  
  All Liquid sales are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  In an extreme case that you are dissatisfied with your order, please email/contact us, and we will be happy to fix the problem.
  
  Please email to let us know about your warranty or defective exchange before shipping.
  We will give you a confirmation email including an RMA # to include with return/exchange.

• Miscellaneous
• Out of Stock:
  We currently may experience technical difficulties with our inventory program. If so, or for any other reason, we may be out of stock of an item that was purchased.
  If this would happen to occur, we will contact the customer and offer some options.
  
  Options would include but not limited to:
  
  1.) Refunding the difference of price for the out of stock item(s).
  
  2.) Shipment of order without the item(s) and when item(s) is in stock free shipping of that item(s) to you.
  
  3.) Replacing the out of stock item(s) with an equal or greater item(s) at the time of original shipment or order with your agreement.
  
  
  
  IN NO EVENT WILL www.GoodProphets.com and Good Prophets, LLC BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES EVEN IF COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
